Return Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify only for partial refunds.
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the applicable processing period.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank regarding processing time.

Are sale items refundable?
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at nearketnepal@gmail.com .
How do gift returns work?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, the applicable gift certificate or credit will be processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for the appropriate return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item until it reaches us.
